Questions, answered.

Do I need credits to use the basics?

No. Your subscription is complete on its own — the onboarding scan, manual prompt editing, widget operation and analytics are never metered. Credits only cover AI-heavy, discretionary actions like bulk regeneration or citation-monitor queries.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You hit a soft, non-blocking upsell to top up or upgrade — never a surprise charge and never a broken widget. Manual editing always stays available regardless of balance.

Do purchased credits expire?

Purchased credits never expire. Only the included monthly allowance resets each cycle, which is another reason to upgrade a tier rather than only topping up.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing dashboard. Annual plans are billed once a year at a two-months-free discount; changes prorate automatically.

Can I earn free credits?

Yes — refer another publisher with your link. When they install the widget you each get 100 credits, and you get 250 more when they upgrade to a paid plan. Your referral link and rewards live in the dashboard.

Does the AI model I choose change the credit cost?

Yes. Fast models (Claude Haiku, GPT-4o-mini) cost 1 credit per action; more capable models cost more — Sonnet and GPT-4o are 3× on Pro, and Opus is 8× on Business. You pick the model per action, so you control the cost and quality trade-off.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

Cards via Stripe or Razorpay, or pay with PayPal — whichever we have enabled at checkout. All prices are in USD. Enterprise can pay by consolidated invoice on net terms instead of card.

Is there really never any advertising?

Correct. No ads in the widget, ever. A clean widget maximizes installs, which is what powers the business. It is a firm, non-negotiable product rule.
